The ministerial leader of World Zionist Union in the Southeast, Prophet Godfrey Otubochi Gbujie, has said that Senator Samuel Anyanwu, who has been sacked as the national secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was, obviously, doomed to failure by Satan.
Prophet Gbujie also said that the Imo State-born politician, fondly called SamDaddy by his admirers, grossly ignored and neglected spiritual warnings from God, hence the current ordeal he is battling.
“Disobedience to God’s command is regarded as bad as witchcraft (1 Samuel 15). I did ministerially advise and warn him several times, but he seemed to have been doomed to failure by Satan. So, his experience has become a veritably ugly lesson for the Igbo politicians to God’s glory and praise,” emphasised Gbujie in a statement he issued to journalists in Enugu.
The cleric further accused the politician of deliberate disobedience to his advice, insisting, “For instance, I ministerially instructed him to pay homage to the national head of the national statesmen, the retired Gen Olusegun Obasanjo and the political head of the house of Okpara Ndigbo, Governor Soludo, he agreed but woefully and stubbornly failed. Also, I advised and rightly instructed him to sanctify his father’s house before he could commence his electioneering campaign in the biblical spirit of “Judges 6: 28 – 35″ but till this day he refused.”
NewsBits recalls that Senator Anyanwu was replaced by the Southeast Zone of the party with the Enugu State-born Hon. Sunday Udeh-Okoye as the new party National Secretary following his (Anyanwu’s) decision to run for the governorship seat of Imo State in 2023. “Nobody eats his or her cake and still have it,” Gbujie stressed.
Last December, the Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu also upheld a High Court ruling that sacked Samuel Anyanwu as the National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The Court also upheld Ude-Okoye as the substantive National Secretary of the opposition party in Nigeria. Anyanwu has since obtained a stay of execution order from the court to remain as the party’s national secretary, however.
But, Gbujie, in a ministerial and spiritual proclamation, maintained that Senator Anyanwu, ordinarily, has “lost the grace of God”, a development that has seen him lose his position.
Giving a graphic detail of how the politician lost the grace of God Almighty before eventually, losing his office in PDP, the celibate Prophet Gbujie said: “Sen Samdady Anyanwu has lost royal grace of God that was bestowed on him when he was anointed by the church of Christ as political ambassador on 16th August , 2017 at the Igbo Holy National Covenant altar by an inter- denominational presbytery of the Igbo Judiac and Christian movement led by the then chairman of the Christ Association Of Nigeria ( C.A.N.), South East Zone, Archbishop/ Prof David Eberechukwu and the Interdenommitional Presbytery of the Igbo Holy National Covenant of 1986 / 1996 / 2005 A.D., Rev. Fr. Kyrian Chilaka of Mbaise.
“He also grossly abused and violated the Igbo national political leadership anointing that was graciously bestowed on him by “Igbo Holy National Covenant” when he was ritually anointed at his Abuja residence by the mediator of the “Igbo Holy National Covenant with God” in 2022.
“Like the biblical case of the first divinely anointed king of Israel, King Saul of Tersus, God later regretted and rejected him grossly for disobeying his divine commands and acting arrogantly. He therefore in 2023 omnisciently anointed some other Igbo leader in his stead, who obeys him, the church of Christ, and his servant prophet.
“That is unlike Sen. Samdady Anyanwu, a practicing Christian, army general with years of international diplomacy and diplomatic connections. By the Grace of God, he will be unveiled to the public on March 16, 2025.
“Thus, the disgraceful removal Sen. Samuel “Samdaddy” Anyanwu from the highly coveted office of the national secretary of P.D.P. is an act of God who has rejected him due to his gross disobedience to divine commands as relayed to him by the very humble prophet of God that anointed him.”
Gbujie emphasised that any disobedience to God’s command is regarded as bad as witchcraft (1 Samuel 15).
